Adults and children aged 8 and up will love learning the art of punch needle rug hooking with our fun and easy starter kit. We use only pure wool rug yarns and 100% cotton monks cloth for our patterns. The Oxford Punch Needle is easy and fast to use like drawing with wool. The size 10 regular may also be used with 6, 7, and 8 cut wool strips.
